How long does an exterior repaint take?
Most single-story homes run three to five working days depending on how much repair is needed. Two-story homes and heavy preparation take longer. You get a written window before we start.
Do you offer exterior painting suitable for Florida weather?
Yes. Our preparation and coating recommendations account for Florida sun, rain, humidity and coastal exposure. We use premium exterior coatings selected for the substrate.
What time of year is best to paint a house in Florida?
Late fall through early spring, roughly October through April, when lower humidity lets paint cure properly and you avoid daily afternoon storms. Those months book up, so four to six weeks ahead is sensible.
What preparation is included in the price?
